Committee Applications

The Nampa School Board of Trustees is in search of a diverse, capable and collaborative group of parents and community members to join educators in the approval of high school Math, Social Studies, and Science Curriculum resources available through a partnership with Gradient Learning.   

The committee has a tentative meeting plan that will consist of five meetings from 5:00-7:00 PM on the following dates: 08/26, 09/09, 09/16 09/23, 09/30. If needed, there may be a meeting on October 7 from 5:00-7:00. Times of these meetings may be adjusted as needed.  

There will also be an expectation to build knowledge outside of meetings. 100% participation is required.
 
The committee will examine curriculum materials for adoption that will increase student achievement, enhance student engagement, align with Nampa values, and support the assessment of Idaho State Standards. The outcome for this committee will be a recommendation to the NSD School Board.
