Virtual Calming Space

Welcome! Calming Space

NHS counselors know that sometimes people feel a wide range of emotions which might include being overwhelmed, confused, anxious, stressed, scared, alone, happy, and many others. Your feelings are normal and valid.  Sometimes it can be hard to work through difficult times, feelings and emotions.

This Virtual Calming Space was created for students, staff, families and community members to have a place to find tools and strategies for managing feelings and emotions. You can use it when you need a break, a healthy escape, to reset, and/or a safe space to go.

We are here to support you.
