The canned food drive is here! We've set a school-wide goal to bring in 10,000 cans of food, so 2500 cans per class. Bring cans to your English class to make sure that they are counted toward your class's total. Remember that these canned food items are going to the Salvation Army to feed people in need over the holidays. Also, check out the wall of the 600 Building at the end of each week to see how your class stacks up against the others. The drive will run through December 19! Let’s feed some hungry families this holiday season! Start bringing those cans!
Business Professionals of America are selling Krispy Kreme Donuts in the cafeteria this Friday, Nov. 16th, in the morning for $1 each. So don’t forget to bring some money for donuts this Friday morning!
Dust off your skis, dust off your boards, and dust off yourself! It's that time of the year again for having fun and being outdoors. Come to our Snow Team information meeting on November 29th during intervention period in Mr. Carruthers’ Room #132. Please schedule yourself in Enriching Students if you plan to attend; look for 'Snow Team Meeting' for November 29th. Come one, come all, and learn what it means to be a Snow Dog.
Show your gratitude and thank a teacher for being a positive mentor or trusted adult in your life. Come see the Sources of Strength Peer Leaders at lunch TODAY and tomorrow in the cafeteria to fill out a thank you card for your teacher. A small act of appreciation can go a long way.
