Library

Welcome to the Nampa Senior High School Library!
Come by to visit our recently remodeled library where you can study, read, or browse our 21,000+ library collection.

HOURS: The library is open every scheduled school day, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

CIRCULATION: Library books are checked out for 3 weeks and may be renewed. There is a one day grace period on library books; a fine of 10¢ per day is then assessed. Reserve library books are checked out for 3 weeks, a 25¢ per day fine assessed for overdue books.

Magazines and some textbooks are checked out for overnight and may be renewed. Fines on these items are assessed at 25¢ per day.

All materials may be renewed either with the item or the student’s ID card in order to avoid late fees.

FINES/OVERDUES: Fines and overdue items are printed and delivered every Tuesday as a reminder to the students.

If a student is not at school on the day when library materials are due, they may call the library at 498-0551, ext. 6826. If leaving a message, please clearly state the student’s first and last name, grade level, and the item needing to be renewed.

PRINTING AND PHOTOCOPYING: Photocopying and computer printing are available for students’ academic needs.

LIBRARY AIDES: Student library aides are essential for day-to-day operations! If you are interested in becoming an aide, see your counselor for an application.
