Seniors, time is running out to sign up for the FREE movie premier of the new Star Wars movie!  NNU is providing this FREE showing of Star Wars: The Last Jedi at Edwards 21 (next to Home Depot), along with games and prizes, to all seniors in the Treasure Valley. Please see Mrs. Johnson or Mr. Alcantara in the College & Career Center for details and to sign up TODAY!

Where are the cans?  Come on, Nampa High, let’s show our community our true Christmas Spirit and not be Scrooges – bring those cans into the cafeteria ASAP!  Time is running out!  We need mountains of cans and EVERYONE can help!

The Angel Tree is in the library.  Please share the magic of Christmas with a child by donating a new toy.  Bring your unwrapped gift to the library by December 15th.

The College & Career Center has several guests coming this week!  They are:

     Grand Canyon University - Friday, Dec. 15, during enrichment

There will be an NHS BPA meeting TODAY, Dec. 12th, at 11:00 Room #269.

Foreign Language Society Members: There will be a meeting TODAY, Dec. 12th, in room #201 right after school. During this meeting, we will have our Christmas party and talk about our next community service project. Don’t miss it!

FCCLA will continue their Christmas Bake Sale in Room #110 the remainder of week!  If you want some delicious goodies, head to Room 110.

TRIO Educational Talent Search will have a table set up during lunch TODAY in the cafeteria.  TRIO is completely FREE and offers: College/Career fairs, career workshops, local college tours, service opportunities, ACT/SAT fee waivers, study skills, and out-of-state college visits, including a trip to Utah for spring break!  So come to the table at lunch at sign up!

On the first day of Christmas the College & Career Center Gave to me….
           A swag bag full of college goodies!.....
TODAY during lunch, the first student to find Santa Clause hiding somewhere on campus and say the Christmas prize code “Winning for Christmas”, will walk away with a prize!

It’s Generosity Week!  The Sources of Strength Peer Leaders would like to encourage you all to engage in acts of kindness and generosity towards others this week.  Generosity is a source of strength for all of us, and has a positive impact on our mental health.  This week we are sharing some of your stories of meaningful acts of kindness and generosity you have received.  Today’s stories come from……(draw 3 from Generous Jar).

Remember to be kind!  Even a small act of generosity can make a big difference in the lives of others.
